August Moon - Upgrading Multi-Brands Children's Fashion Website for the International Market
Upgrading the template and shopping experience for a multi-brand children's fashion store: accurate and fast customer journey, support for international currencies, friendly filters, data optimization, new navigation hierarchy and smart CTAs - adapted to many brands and customers in Israel and around the world.
Project Overview
The goal: to adapt the store to the Multi-Brands model in children's fashion and improve the ability to serve international audiences. We built a strong mobile browsing experience, shortened the path from the collection to the cart, and emphasized leading brands, age categories, and seasonal promotions.

- Brand navigation: A dedicated brand page for each label with relevant subcategories.
Data Optimization and SEO
- Data optimization: Uniform product names, size/color variations, and brand tags for stable internal search.
- Basic SEO: Titles and meta descriptions, clean URLs, and collection descriptions that support organic search.
- Performance: Image compression, lazy-loading, and reducing unnecessary scripts.
Navigation hierarchy and CTA
- Multi-brand logical menu: division by category, age, and brand, with shortcuts and quick search.
